30-Day Return

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused
• Be in its original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
